HDR + Dragan Effect is a good combination. Well i am practicing dragan effect, but right now i can barely manage to come close to coming close

What are the key points in that, could you guide me? Or do you know a good tutorial which explains it theorically explaining guidelines and reasons rather than saying "do this, do that"
