Description

Mount Stoletov, Bulgaria, ( 1300 m.) Monument of the communist era, commemorating the heroic resistance of the Russian soldiers and Bulgarian partisans against the Turks in 1870. This imposing monument is now abandoned (a large red tag says "Forget your past.". Breathtaking view of the Valley of Roses and the city of Kazanlak.
